Adding a Map Pin

How please?
In the toolset, should just be a matter of dropping a Map Note waypoint, and customizing it's properties.
in-game, theoretically you could place one with the DM creator, but it'd have to have been toolsetted into the creator pallete beforehand to say anything other than "Map Note" or whatever.
