Would the two gaming systems be compatible enough to use at the same time for a PW?

What if, as an example, someone wanted to create two high-end eye-candy cities with NWN2 and have them linked with 100+ overland areas using NWN1. Would there be enough common points to have bics cross over platforms?

bics are not transferable. You'd have to make a bic for each engine. Not worth it.
