Tech rezzes should not use scripted NPCs so I don't see a problem there. A DM rez would require the DM to actually place a stone on a PC...so tech rezzes would not count in the total. The idea is to limit the number of scripted rezzes. If a DM chooses to rez a PC more than once, that's to their discretion.

I don't see why you need to even do that much in regards to scripted rezzes. Most of the time, they tend to happen because you can't find a DM or time reasons. *shrugs* Just limiting it to one ever that way.. eh.
