Sense I've been told that the gnomes (and any few humans) in Lantan haven't spread their smoke powder to other regions i was hoping that somehow this could get implemented into the server at some time (perhaps on the islands server that has Lantan). I don't really care about the class but its just that i couldn't find a plain file with the guns in it so just disregard the sniper class thing.

I would say that Lantan would be the only place to purchase one.
