RP mentorship and cultivation
Should ALFA be taking individuals who do not meet ALFA's standards and mentoring them to an acceptable level?

Voted yes with the stipulation that the mentor believes the person is "salvageable". Some folks it just won't work on.

I agree with Ayergo, I also believe that the goal should be to unlock individual creativity and not tell people "You must roleplay like this. This is how we do things here."
