Should ALFA be taking individuals who do not meet ALFA's standards and mentoring them to an acceptable level?

Voted yes with the stipulation that the mentor believes the person is "salvageable". Some folks it just won't work on.
There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind

I agree with Ayergo, I also believe that the goal should be to unlock individual creativity and not tell people "You must roleplay like this. This is how we do things here."
