Forum Name Change

I'm going to change the name of this forum to reflect the focus on non-building related Ingame Rules & Systems due to the addition of the specific Building Mechanics Forum. Anything that affects ingame play can continue to be posted here so long as it's not related to determining the basic mechanics of what will be needed to start building a server in ALFA. That's for the Building Mechanics Forum.

Thanks for all the contributions that made separating this forum into two necessary.
