I've been running NWN2 on Windows 10 for months (technical preview) without issue. I have no special compatibility modes set. You should update your graphics drivers and make sure that nothing else has changed. Make sure that you have installed DirectX 9c. Worst case, reinstall NWN2. Good news! :D

Yep...kinda expected that might happen. That's why I've been ignoring the free "upgrade" notices.

You could maybe try to run the program in legacy mode (assuming Win10 has that).
