I would object to halflings being able to arm-wrestle humans or half-orcs at all. The difference between arm size is too great. A leverage issue methinks, that would override str scores. Weight classes, people. Weight classes! So dwarves, gnomes, and halflings are in one tent. Humans, elves, and orc...
