From what I know of 4e it would never work with the nwn2 engine we have. It's to big of departure. That information I've seen indicates they've fused alot of skills together and all the classes are /very/ different. For a fighter what weapon he uses dictates if certain skills can be used. Wizards ar...

Calender Poll

(I'm posting this at Jaydes Request) Many of you know that ALFA member Twin Axes has taken to artistically rendering the characters and events of ALFA's Faerun. It has been well received by many of ALFA's members and an idea has surfaced for creating a 12 month Calendar using his art. Now, sending a...

I can understand why you might want to do this if we're going to be giving people money. It would ensure accountability but seems a bit overkill and overly formal. At this point trust and informal means might be better.

The fighter class automatically gains access to tower shields as part of the class. Both clerics and paladins do not get access to them automatically. I think in theory you could buy the proficiency but don't know if it's even a possibility.

My understanding there is some level of connection but not huge. They are part of this world though the world might make them feel different. Physically though they don't hear the planes or anything nor does their ancestry control them other then appearance and maybe have a bit of temperament issues...

I take it there is no possible way to fix how broken NWN2 is then? No hope the community can pull something out of their nether regions and patch something together akin to the NWN1 system? Because if the goal is to recreate faerun i just dont see an over land map doing it. I want to be in the nitt...

I think we should mention the time of Troubles since it still relatively recent and the knowledge that something happened should be common. Also a bit of a mention about the naming of years might be nice. You might want to link this to the APM.

Actualy I love this concept. Given what the other option is I'll take it. I'd prefer just to walk tile to tile but I realize that isn't practicle at all and if want servers to cover lots this looks to give DM's the best option to show that ground and have a chance of interacting with that terrain. T...

Yes that sounds great. Of course put the don't run and permadeath comments. Errrr maybe some of the general elven names n'tel etc. Candle marks would be good also adding why the are called candle marks (it should be obvious but doesn't hurt). Also I wouldn't mind a reminder about patron deities. Whi...

Everything has portals to Toril. I mean Toril has so many portals I'm suprised people don't find more.

Well for true FR canon we don't have a say but for ALFA FR canon we to. The published canon, warlocks are starting to show up though so *shrugs*.

hrmmm Good question. There is no mention of loss of power over alignment change that I rember in teh book so I suspect they just can't take warlock anymore.
