Re: How to bring back the people?
I'm not talking about low level lethality. It's ludicrous that a new member must sit in a tavern rping picking his nose for a month before engaging in a meaningful way. ALFA will never have numbers as long as this is so. I'm talking about PC's never dying once they reach a certain level. If they nev...

Re: How to bring back the people?
People complain about level 1 because it's boring and pointless the way the its setup now, not because its too dangerous.

How is lethality in the game a no win situation? because people complain? its not the complainers who leave.

Re: How to bring back the people?

Re: Crime & Punishment, Elf-style.
Hmm, thanks all. It seems there's little concept of a middle ground on this subject - and little concept of a middle ground in elven behaviour in general - that their behaviour is always either almost perfect, or so bad that something horrific is proscribed. Not much of a grey area. In terms of an e...

Crime & Punishment, Elf-style.

Hamas won the election - a free democratic process - for which the palestinians were punished by sanctions, and a US led arming of Fatah against Hamas. Would Fatah and Hamas have cooperated if it were not for foreign intervention? Do foreign nations have a vested interest in the conflict? Evidently....
