Re: Local RP Hub for n00bs?

Thanks for everyone's input and welcome to any new players reading this thread. My only advice is don't get too frustrated if you're struggling to get involved. More often than not, it's just not practical or realistic to invite a stranger along on an adventure where sensitive information is being o...

Where's Ladellon? He deserves the chance to use this class. :-)

*chuckles*
I might just use it too! I had a good run years back with Glorfindel and he was a finesse Fighter/Cleric.

I'm noticing that you're noticing...

Usually cruise these boards on my POS 1st gen iPhone, so everything is slow.

Thanks for keeping the forums up and running Zic!

Re: Followmode Beelines

Apologies to anyone for insinuating that every instance of an auto-follow is for AFK purposes. I was just trying to wind Alara up! :P I totally feel for you slow-typers. I'm one too and usually rely on shift-clicking way points to create opportunities to type. How hard would it be to create an auto-...

Re: To fix permadeath

Thanks Rick for the suggestions. They could definitely enhance the potential for survival in certain situations. For example, ALFA1 WD thug static where a player is bleeding to death near a heavily trafficked route, or near a rural development's main road. However, if a player is wounded in the wild...

Why you gotta hate on the mass-AFK?!

It's all about multi-tasking these days :P

Re: Local RP Hub for n00bs?

Thanks for the input everyone.

Are most of the DM plots being run out of Rivermoot or are there others?

Local RP Hub for n00bs?

Been awhile since I've played on TSM, but when I did during it's early stages of release the starting area Rivermoot was pretty popular.

Is that still the hangout or have people moved onto the city?

Don't recall spending much time with you IG, but I know your contributions have been significant to say the least. As a prolific user of the "cold turkey" approach to taking breaks from the digital world, I know the importance of reinvesting youself in the real-world. Enjoy your vacation. ;)

A rumors thread that PCs can update would be helpful. I believe WD had a news style thread of sorts that was quite entertaining.
