Something I thought was interesting. A series of videos involving making a fighter in every edition of D&D. It's sort of a well articulated history lesson in the evolution of D&D and a look at what past editions were like.

Ehrm, while I am indeed old (seriously, I've never been this old before!), my first set was the Basic edition which I got around -82 or -83. But, the arbitrary whackiness and magic of early table top D&D...it was all there from the beginning. There are four videos where he goes through OD&D, the Greyhawk addendums, Basic D&D and AD&D. Makes me want to break out ye old thread bare red box again and just gaze through the mist of nostalgia.

^ same same. Basic was fun. Heh...but when AD&D books appeared it was spot on. The bees knees I say.
