Vansa Hunting, Sunday June 2nd

Hi everyone,
Hate to do this, but I’ve had a change of plans for the June 1 weekend, and can’t make Friday or Saturday. I could do Sunday night, at 9 pm EST, if that works for people. I’ve checked with Mick and Storm and they’re tentatively on board with the change if everyone else is.

Kudos to Mick on creating a campaign that so many characters have been affected by, and deeply involved in.

Vansa is truly an adversary with teeth!

Balancing lag issues with a party equipped to take her on is a tricky proposition, especially as I said with so many who are highly motivated to take her down.

My apologies if this list is missing people, but from an IC perspective, here is a short list of hunters Sarenna knows have been instrumental in preparing tools to fight the vampires, as well as committed to taking the fight to them:

As I said, I’m sure there are many more whose stories Vansa has touched. I dont mean to exclude anyone. Please chip in once more in this thread if you’re willing and able to take the fight to her on Sunday and we’ll figure out a guest list from there.

It may well be that once again Mick has a Vansa related adventure planned for Friday, as well as Sunday. If so Friday could be a good test of lag and party preparedness.

Preparations are needed this week!

IC Sarenna and others would certainly share that there is little hope of defeating Vansa and her minions without the following ready to go:

Vampire Stakes
Healing. Lots and lots of healing
Lesser Restoration spells and potions (And restoration if they’re working; not sure about that yet)
Death wards
Negative Energy protections
Clarity spells, potions, and items
Remove Fear spells and items
Undead protective gear and smooshing weapons
Holy water and any Holy Hand Grenades we have left
Searing Light spells and items

Unity! Camaraderie! Respect!

It’s a thin blood red line between victory and TPK, folks.

Sunday works better for me then Saturday, but with a 9 PM Eastern Start, there is a really good chance I will an hour and a half late. My game times start after the kids are asleep, but I am comfortable with playing catch up to the session already in progress and will be sure to log Vale out prepped and ready to go, so upon log in I can get right to it.
