By way of observation and advice, I’d suggest that easily obtainable reagents (because they can be purchased) like skeleton’s knuckles, fire bellies, water and spirits be kept topped up as much as possible by members wishing to help. If those are being regularly restocked I wouldn’t bother trying to track those in inventory, but rather keep a tally of the other harder to come by reagents. Ichor, coldstones, and imp horns in particular are always in demand, and tend to be the limiting factors to what brewers can make.

After the weekend ...

Members interested, Cornelius can lead apprentices on hunting trips for Imp Horns or Fire Beetles. Lead journeymen on trip for troll hunting.
