Witnesses describe a halfling male getting the miracle vial from his shop outside the Safehaven, then applying it to wonderous effect. Inside the safehaven, several of his friends grew jealous, eventually attacking the hin and chasing him all over the city.

The final disposition of the ointment is unknown, and while Friarry would neither confirm nor deny creating the magic cream, he did caution would be buyers saying "Several fly-by-night adveturers, such as Bran, have been known to sell fraudulent potions to unwitting people.
