Server back up with new IP address above, if you've not seen the info elsewhere.

I have installed a noip.com update client on the host and whl.alandfaraway.org is now an alias to whl.no-ip.info so this will hopefully ensure that the IP is always okay using either whl.alandfaraway.org (recommended) or whl.no-ip.info.
