A Land Far Away

"Weeks have passed since Solis has reached the apparently peaceful harbor of Caer Callidyrr and the Moonmaiden had made his footsteps lead to benevolent encounters, from Ffolks to hins, as well as elves, all had proponed an helpful hand to him. But what seemed to be the splendor of Earthmother quickly covered up with the shadows of the Beast's minions and evil events took place in the Isles. A sudden cold had put the islanders in danger of starvation and the roads were full of dangers, from deaders to mad feys, from firbolgs to goblins, the whole island of Gwynneth was filled with dangers that the young Solis hadn't thought about when he left Baldur's Gate's harbour. Hopefully, heroes led by honor and courage were at work to find a remedy to the recent pleas that hit the Isles.
When the Moon rises each night, Solis dares to pray the Lady of Silver to count him as one of those brave heroes and asks for her favors and blessings to fulfill his fate on the Moonshae Islands."

((OOC: I've been involved in two quests already, and just wanted to hail HOORAH to the staff and players I've met on the server who helped the noob i am to discover ALFA. I am really impressed by the work done here and hope to take part in some way to make this server alive. Thanks everyone!))

Was nice to have your new guy bump into the quest last night. Welcome to the fun!

Hopefully we can do more low-level appropriate stuff one of these days, too... Always a hard point when I plan a quest, and when it's starting point I have ended up with completely different PCs than those I expected

Seconded. Plenty of running away from stuff to boot. (Just because a DM puts something there that doesn't mean you should take it on!)

Yes, twice now Tam as been the party tank and that's just not right no matter which angle you view it from.

Shame I can only make these Thursday sessions sporadically (relying on cancellation of another regular game). Other GMT-ish players should definitely take advantage.
