I would say nobody is going to be satisfied looking at the vote, mostly split across the versions.

Not necessarily; just because it's not someone's favorite one doesn't mean they'll turn their nose up at other systems, or so I would hope. I'd be quite happy with 2e, 3.5, PF, or 5e as long as it's implemented well (which doesn't have to be 100% by the book either)
