AKs DMA platform

Post by Analogkid »

Basically things are slowing down here but theres still some fun be to had. The best I can offer is to try and DM on tsm and BG if the respective HDMs will allow it. At the same time i can promote other avenues of play for us.

Replying to myself seems cheesy by oh well. It seems thats the only way to get the conversation going.

I've begun DMing for my youngest son and a group of his fellow middle schoolers. I enjoy what ive been doing and would like to bring back some life to ALFA. I am not promising the world but I would bring back some life here if you give me the chance by offering to DM on TSM and BG if the HDMs will allow it. In addition I can be available by PM or text if anyone wishes to take the game outside of what core alfa offers.

thanks man,at this point we're getting to a stage where the number of ALFAns who play around could probably push me over the edge if I really pushed lol. Maybe next time i'll vote for myself and press a few other folks to. As it is I thank the person who voted for me.

Sadly AFLA would probably be shut down at that point now that I think about it, but theres still Roll20 if anyones interested in a game

I was moving Olin to camp out at Hawk's Nest to maybe gather a group to do some dungeon crawling in Delzoun.

(see "Last walk up River Rauvin ?" in TSM thread)

I still get a hankering to play every now and then (like right now) but then I check in, shake my head, and walk away.

Le sigh (thats French for 'sigh').

I check every day, in the morning and evening. I have not seen more than 1 PC online in many weeks. :(

I wish you luck in running, I really do. I hope you can convince people to let you DM on TSM. I think as long as you get a group that wants to play with a DM at a consistent time or 2 a week keep ALFA going. Cut down the Infrastructure a bit and make changes more accommodating to the single group dynamic, ie DM anywhere.

Cheers.

I had asked to DM on TSM.....was told no flat out. I also have asked to DM on BG.....

anyways if you anyone wants me to DM it likely will have to be outside ALFA.

I know I had promised to not say anything bad so i'll try to keep my word.

That being said, some people would prefer no ALFA over an ALFA where they're not in 100% in control

Clearly, the only explanation is that ALFA is being ruled over by iron-fisted tyrants who profit vastly from their dominions. Oh, and they regularly spite the ANC.
The power of concealment lies in revelation.

Sorry to hear you were turned down for DM'ing there. I know the feeling.
