So they're releasing an expansion for BG:EE. It's set in the locality of WHL. Boareskyr bridge, Dragonspear castle, Kanaglym etc. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with the place, esp in comparison with our own (beautiful) WHL.
...that is all. Carry on.

Really looking forward to this one! Especially since modders are lining up EET with the developers to get it out around the time of release. Seamless run from BG1/TotSC to SoD to SoA to ToB in one engine, part of one install, all nice, neat, and modded.

It's nice that you still think of us from time to time, Rumple.

I will always remember the little people who I had to trample on to get where I am today.Heero wrote:It's nice that you still think of us from time to time, Rumple.
While i'm on the subject of gratitude...
I'd like to thank my legs for supporting me, all these years.
My arms for constantly being at my side.
And my fingers, I could always count on them.

Would be fun to attempt a no/minimal reload run of such once they get most of the bugs out; multiplayer with ALFAns would be fun. I had to put a play-through of BG2EE on hold because of buggy-ness (and busy-ness).FoamBats4All wrote:Really looking forward to this one! Just for chuckles and fond memories of the original original from 1998:

'... fully rendered in lush 16- bit SVGA graphics'
And they're still playing this game (well, slightly improved versions using the bg2 or EE engine, but really not a huge upgrade eyecandy wise). Tends to reinforce my opinion that ultimately, the dated technology of NWN2 may not be the biggest hurdle to continued viability.
