Self-Nominations IA Election for September 2015

I have failed you all as LA and neglected to post the IA election on 2015-09-01 as I was supposed to do.

Self-Nominations close on 2015-09-23 (16 days late).

Following that voting is 4 days, and a 3-day runoff if needed.
