MS has a few statics available out of Corwell and Lowhill for level 1-2 if the quest giver says you might want to bring help best believe them particularly if your level 1
More will be coming shortly as I start filling out more stuff in the server

Re: "New" user experience
Good tips. Perhaps compile them into a "new player's guide to survival" of some kind?

Well, perhaps we can try a general one, but specifics change sometimes,Duck One wrote:Good tips. Perhaps compile them into a "new player's guide to survival" of some kind?
Still the best advice I'd give a noob is to talk to people, post questions, log into IRC, or shoot in games tells.

We do have a stickied thread, though it hasn't been updated in a while; not enough new players really to create incentive.Duck One wrote:Good tips. Perhaps compile them into a "new player's guide to survival" of some kind?

Re: "New" user experience
We've actually had quite a few new players in the last few months; we've just lost the overwhelming majority of them within the first few days.
Probably be worthwhile to invest more into welcoming them and getting them oriented.

Re: "New" user experience
FWIW, the TSM rivermoot area is not much changed from the pile of quick quests the illustrious (and industrious) Indio cobbled together in very short order to help us get our first shiny NWN2 server workable for the ALFA2 launch. I think they could use some better expository text and the like, but I also wouldn't say they're terribly representative of the NWN2-ALFA experience overall.
