A Land Far Away

Hello, I tried to portal from BG to MS, and it gave me an error saying:

"The server destination is incompatible for auto-downloading. See the system administrator, blah, blah, etc, etc.."

What is the next step? :-/

Not sure if this helps, but a little more information of this riveting story unfolding.

I could re-log back into BG. At least. But I assume I still cannot log into MS.

MS is back up again.


To the specific "not knowing which step is next" -- for that particular error (server is not set up for the autodownloader), players can't do a whole lot about it. This is one of those "server team and/or tech needs to fix it" sorts of problems-- so the usual process there. Give it 30 minutes, and if it's still dead, a post like this one and a nudge toward someone who can access the host is the standard.
