Downtime announcement (again) ?

Once again we approach the end of the rent on the current central server.
I had added 1 month to the rent the last time because we were not ready.
Now we are almost ready and I don't think we need to add even more time to the rent.
You can see the new server here: http://www.alandfaraway.info (but please note that a lot of the links go back to the current server and the database are a few days in the past).
The end of the rent is on the 8th of January (in 3 days).
I will regularly get the backups so that if it ends right at that date we are safe (even if we loose a little bit of time - about 1 day).
It would be better to choose a day before that. Shutdown everything. Move everything to the new central server and restart everything though.
