Just off the top of my head. What can we do, as a community, to get these players back?

If it is not feasible to get former players back to ALFA, what do you think is the most important thing we can do to attract new players?

If we can't do either, how can we optimize the ALFA experience given current player density?

Related to the above: ALFA needs more DMs. Do you think that enabling more than 1 (or 2?) PCs hinders our DM efforts? "Oh, I'd DM BG, but my second PC is there." "Oh, I'd DM, but I have 4 PCs."

There could always be a discussion about being allowed to dm where one plays

I think that if the previous LA election taught us anything, its that a campaign platform isnt really needed to win an Alfa election.
