ACR v1.92 Released

Thanks to Foam, Basilica, and Ithildur for their help with this release.

Most-noteworthy upgrades are to the infrastructure around hotfixes, some basic anti-cheat/skid handling, and rewrites for trade scrolls and item identification (hopefully resulting in both being more robust). Our attempts to fix the pChest losses are also included, though we still don't have any certain verification that the things we fixed were the things that were happening.

Some highlights for those who don't want to read the whole changelog:
- DMs can now force-rest PCs to simulate a night's rest, via the normal right-click menu. Previously, this did not hook the ALFA rest system.
- New heads for humans, elves, blah blah.
- When a PC falls to 0 HP or less while a DM is online, the game will auto-pause, alerting the DM. This will hopefully cut down on some tech rez shenanigans.
- Trade scrolls work again. Also, they should work for every spell, where previously they relied on the spell having a separate 2DA entry.
- Power attack is granular, like Combat Expertise. Max of 5 with PA, max of 10 with IPA. Always capped at BAB.
- Lore is no longer a thing. Identify items like you would in PnP. See here for currently supported methods.
- Rework of the PC Hide system. No more bugged double-ACP stuff, and more stuff supported. Stuff.

Note, any complaints or bugs, etc about the new heads should be directed to Rumple.
I hate that guy.

I know that PC tools hide rolls seemed way too high for awhile.

Different thing. Hide like "the equipment slot representing special qualities" not hide like "attempting to cease to be visible."

What Zelk said. But the thing you mentioned was also fixed, and mentioned on the changelog:
Calculations for character size affecting skill rolls now correctly apply 4 points of swing for each size category off of medium.

Very neat - will continue to observe, but this seems to have fixed the -1 swim from ACP 0 garb as well.
