Yes it is true and because of this he deserves his own thread to hold all the praise!

Rumple rocks so hard even people who didn't participate in his campaign are gushing.

Seriously though, much kudos and props; finishing up a good length campaign/plot is no small feat these days. :)

Now take a well deserved break and come back to do it again someday, only this time, kill more PCs.
Formerly: Aglaril Shaelara, Faerun's unlikeliest Bladesinger
Current main: Ky - something

It’s not the critic who counts...The credit belongs to the man who actually is in the arena, who strives violently, who errs and comes up short again and again...who if he wins, knows the triumph of high achievement, but who if he fails, fails while daring greatly.-T. Roosevelt

What? well ok everyone break it up move along, nothing to see here. *walks away with his head hanging and shoulders slumped mumbling about "cheapskate DMs"*

Be that as it may,
Rumple is also a cowardly man who eats bugs.
Which makes him kinda like... Gollum.
Let us not forget that.

Thank you for a great adventure, Rumple. I looked forward to it every week... and now that its over...

It was a great story, and I loved the way you portrayed your NPCs with their own little agendas. You made them as people, not cardboard cut outs... acted them out with thought and consistently.

Six cheers for an amazing storyteller! Every character in your campaign was three dimensional, you even helped our PCs seem more real. The commitment to personality and environment, motivation and action...all in all, a blast. And thanks to my fellow players, you all did a bang up job. Thanks for all the memories.

I feel very lucky to have been apart of this campaign and under Rumple's dming. He is very creative and a great writer so it made each week exciting and hard to miss. It ended unpredictably and all we were left to do is write our own ends stories. :cloud9:

I hope this encourages other people to take up dming campaigns and reap the benefits of a weekly or biweekly moderated event to take his place.

I only caught a glimpse of your campaign when you were on WHL, but I liked what I saw.
First Character: Zyrus Meynolt, the serene Water Genasi berserker. "I am the embodiment of the oceans; serene until you summon the storm." Zyrus: http://tinyurl.com/9emdbnd

Second Character: Damien Collins, the atypical druid. "What? Being a stick in the mud is boring. No pun intended grins"

Dread Space Pirate Ander Stormwind declares Rumple to only be slightly less awesome than he is.
