LFG: This or That

Post by boombrakh »

So,

I have two characters, both of which apparently seem to be boring as shit to DM but i'll ask if there is any room for either of them anywhere. I am looking for something regular, something to bring me back into the fold of ALFA and remove the foul taste of Anti from my mouth.

1) Jax'eth Gyxx - "Amazonian" Moon Elf who venerate the destructive power of the ocean. Realizes that all aspects of nature needs to be venerated and their respective spirits appeased.
2) Mikhail "Vessel" Arkadin - Bat-shit crazy cleric of Kelemvor who struggles with doing what is right, despite secretly wish that Bhaal would return and usher in a new era of death and murder.

Neither of them place any value in good/evil and would work with both as long as they don't break the rules that govern the respective character.

For DMs, there should be more info in the DM forums under the respective threads for each character.
pragmatic (adj.)
The opposite of idealistic is pragmatic, a word that describes a philosophy of "doing what works best."
From Greek pragma "deed," the word has historically described philosophers and politicians who were
concerned more with real-world application of ideas than with abstract notions. A pragmatic person
is sensible, grounded, and practical.

A number of the people in this 'group' are not interested in dealing with betrayals or undue tension.

If you come along, be prepared to work with the group, or be told to shove off.

Jax'eth is the one on MS currently, and as long as the PC isn't utterly incapable of working with others, might have a place in the group.

*bump*

I've been looking to invest in a weekly session so as to not fall completely out of ALFA on some undefined hiatus.
I am on euro-time, will work with probably everything since PC's has been away for quite some time and that justifies changes in character.

Mikhail is lots of fun to DM.

But your timezone sucks. So stop whining and pick up the DM wand instead!

Well... I'm not sure the timezones would work... but Adanu's WHL campaign could use a cleric... and it is based around Boarskyr Bridge.

YOu know... where Bhaal died.

And there is this horde of undead about.

Just sayin'.
Current PC: I'm not tellin'. They die when I put their names here.

Sorry, I thought Adanu had posted earlier.

Mostly EST eveningings. Mostly regular session on Saturdays starting at 8:30-9:30 EST and going fairly late into the night (though when we have attendance issues it gets bumped to Sundays sometimes). Adano does good at running related ad hocs during hte week when enough show up (again mostly EST evenings).

Right now the group is still pretty low levels (I'm not certain anyone has reached level 4 yet... maybe one has).
