Without you, I'm not sure that there would be anybody older than me still around ALFA. :P

(Bet you thought this was to sing your praises as DMA or something! But, no, I came here to bury you, it would seem.)

Gods* know you pissed me off more oft then not.
I took you as a strict bastard with too much love for rules and waaay too less for folks.

Well it took a few raging arguments to know you for what you are.
A dwarfish sob with a heart of gold.
Thanks Curm.

thanks for all the hard work with little to no reward,
Thank you for doing that just from your want to allowi all us mooks to play and enjoy creating stories and fantasy.

Bah.
I hope i'll have as much fun raging at the next dude.
I'll hope he'll have your wisdom to see my intentions behind those grumles.

Thanks again.
See you out there.

Thanks Curm for being there through thick and thin, ups and downs for the past years.

I've said this before and will say it again... I may not agree on everything with the old dwarf, but I have a great deal of appreciation and respect for him as well as fondness, and I'm quite sure most ALFAns feel the same way. :) Look forward to other ways you'll be taking part in the storytelling in ALFA (Frost giant smash campaign GO!)

I'd play in a tabletop game you run in a heartbeat (though I may try and squeeze a couple of non-Core books in there - I assure you they wouldn't be too broken!). ;)

p.s. someday I shall roll a dwarven PC (been getting some practice while DMing/running NPCs) whose name shall be Kurmadgeon or something similar in his honor. There, I've put it out there and called dibs!

Old as in age of person, or old as in length of time in ALFA? Thankfully, he hasn't hit the age of Albereth... then again, no one ever will.

Thanks for always being there for me Curm, whenever I needed you, or needed to vent, or was about to quit in disgust, or needed to be told to just shut up, or needed help doing X, Y, and Z, or was feeling guilty about not having the time to DM, etc etc etc.

Thanks for the huge investment of your personal time and effort and steady hand guiding us all of these years.

I said it first!

Thank you very very much Curm, I am sure your love of ALFA will continue in other forms, and we'd be unlucky otherwise. Cheers.

It is difficult for me to think of ALFA without you as DMA. You put in a lot of time over the years Curm and I along with the others want to say thank you.
