So unfortunately Skywing did not include instructions on how to launch the new Server Monitor program. I stuck it in my NWN2 folder, tried clicking on it, nothing. Then I opened up NWN2 player interface via Skywing Client THEN clicked on the Server Monitor EXE. Again nothing.
I know this probably is a simple problem, but w/o instructions i'm lost on these tech things.

Skywing's Client Extension and Zelknolf's Server Monitor are two entirely unrelated applications.
You can install Zelknolf's viewer wherever you want, it does not need to be in the NWN2 folder. Once you launch the .exe file, you will see a small blue icon in your system tray. Right-click this and tell it to show the servers, this will bring up the viewer list.
