Alright guys, you know how this works.

In an effort to boost ALFA's coffers, we use blood. Human blood.

If you go donate whole blood from now til octobre first, Veilan will donate 10€ to our infrastructure coffers - 20€ if you're a first time donor.

Now's the time to drop that fear of needles, ditch that silly religion forbidding you, and surmount your inner pig-dog.

At the very least, do it out of spite to make me poorer .

Please do post some reasonably trustworthy proof of your act (or PM it to me if you're worried about privacy)

Wow...burt and I had blood draws on the same day!

(( I have no image documentation ..... but my cholesterol is under 200 ...good enough for now ))

I managed to sneak a donation in on Friday, since they were doing duct work in our lab.

Hadn't donated in a while, so I did a double of platelets, plus a unit of reds. They had to try both arms this time since they had some n00b try my good donating arm first.

Bythe way -- mine was just for labs, not a donation.

Had Hep A in high school, which remains an exclusion for US donation. ( I guess they don't trust the average donor to distinguish between A,B,C etc... )

Alas, I spent too much time in Wales during the mad cow scare and the Red Cross wants nothing to do with my blood. Darnit, and I'm O- too.
