Skullport Beta (30 Screens added - Dial-up Warning!)

Grab the PWC there. It's a 20MB download.
There's a start area with an XP & Gold guy, weapon, armor and potion stores.
What needs testing:
In Skullport West there's a hin called Vilt who will hand out the pirate quests.
In Skullport East there's a man called Whelt who will hand out the cult quests.
Lots of basic infrastructure is being put in over the next week or two (map pins and such) but Skullport West is nearing completion atmospherically.
Jump on, level up to Lv5 if in a party, Lv8 if solo (the quests are very much for Lv5-8 PCs) and give them a shot. We'll have a forum soon where you can post bugs.

A question Indio - will there be statics for class-level 1? I ask, because characters native to Skullport may well be Drow and Duergar and such, and as LA characters, they will be level 1 for a LONG time in ALFA. If I understand the LA/ECL thing, a drow PC will be a class-level 1 PC for 6 times as long as a normal PC. And despite what some people may insist, a class-level 1 drow is not capable of taking on the same quests as a class-level 3 character - the hit points, saves, skills, spells and attack bonus just are not there. So, if any server really needed LOTS of level 1 quests, its Skullport.

Should be working fine now.
