Huzzah Hurray! Lots of Excitement.

So I've installed NWN2 and MOTB, and am downloading the haks and deciding what to play with y'all. I look forward to seeing you all in game.
Some of you know I consider ALFA to be somewhat like a second family. I've been around almost four years, not always the most active but thats how things go.
I'm excited to say that I'll soon be adding a new addition to our little family here. I'm getting married this month, and have told her about you guys, and she is interested in joining and playing with us. She's in the Navy, so this game will hopefully be an opportunity for us to spend time together while she is away for months at a time. I'm not worried about the application process, I know she'll pass. But I look forward to when you all, and my wife, and me, can enjoy this game and have fun together.

Congratulations!
To be honest, since TSM went live on Tuesday i have seen alot of excitement, from new and old ALFAns alike, players and DMs. Some that have not been enthused for quite a long time.

That's good to hear. I think a fresh start was something ALFA really needed to get back in gear and get high spirits abound.

I had one foot out the door of ALFA and was lifting the second foot up to join the first when ALFA went Live for NWN2 - now I find I more excited about ALFA than I have been for a long time. I still have one foot out the door, but now I am thinking about stepping back in rather than walking out.

I've enjoyed playing NWN with my wife as well. Just do realize that all your gear is hers too....
