In spring, new beginnings are as natural as a budding flower. A speckling of delicate green punctuates the frosted ground and chartreuse leaves unfurl. The gods of nature rejoice and the races of Faerun do them homage at Greengrass, the official first day of spring.

The hamlet of Rivermoot invites all comers, be ye traveler or local, to partake of hospitality, food and welcoming warmth. Song and feast, laughter and joy be yours on this day of new beginnings.

The festival was beautiful by the way - if you did not see the festival table awash in butterflies, you missed out. It was quite magical, and not in the usual D&D way of fireballs and lightening bolts, but in a very beautiful, child-like magical way. Which is probably why it appealed to me.

**shrugs**

Simple things for simple people.

Good job Wynna.

P.S. Biggest challenge of the day? Moving the damn festival table off of the ship.

P.P.S. Biggest embarrassment of the day? Rolling low on a strength roll to lift said table while Leevoth's tiny little hin rolled high. Quite embarrassing. Hmmph.
