This far, the DM team for TSM is as follows:

rick7475 - HDM DM approved Oct 25th, 2007 (EST)
Indio - ADM approved Oct 25th, 2007 (Down Under Standard Time)
Wynna - ADM approved March, 2008 (PST)
darrenfx - ADM approved March 2008 (EST)

AcadiusLost - ADM pending approval
angel_caller - EADM and Host pending approval (EST)
jimbo - ADM pending approval (EST)

TSM is recruitng DM's of all types and time zones. Please PM me if interested.

DM's must go through the App process if you are new, and all must submit a DM App unless you were already approved.

I have been asked by several DM's if they can re-use their original DM App that they sent years ago instead writing out the DM App again. DMA staff, are those Apps still around?

Technically, I'm pending application still- too much else to do to prioritize it. I'd still like to help out with the wand after Live, but too much else on my plate at the moment to juggle training/applying/etc just yet.

Saw a "DMA Staff, are those Apps around?" question above... the access forum has nothing older than November 2007 in it.

Suggestion is just to use the App thing on the website, which also routes things to the aforementioned access forum (i.e., not just languishing in a PM box), and manages some usergroup adds at a "one click" sort of level.

As discussed during the DMA election, there is a very low threshold on any of the dusty old collection of questions, many one can get away with either a yes/no, or two word answer, again, this is assuming the applicant is serious about actually DMing in ALFA and it's obvious they've got the sponsorship of their future teammates. If getting an unexpected applicant no one has ever heard of, worked with, gamed with, then maybe the answers on an application get a bit more weight. At least putting one's hand over their heart and agreeing to DM within the agreed ALFA framework (final question on the app) would be good though.

Sorry about the delay in reply. I only help manage NWN1 DM applications, must've glazed over this NWN2 list post.
