If it's not already obvious, I'm jumping in with both feet.

Who is this clown?

Avaz has already proven himself to be all kinds of helpful and eager and has shown in record speed that he has a solid handle on this place. After a conversation with him, I know he's just the kind of guy we need for this job. I'm thrilled to have him to work with, already he's done wonders in motivating me and providing a great sounding board for ideas. I think only good things are in store for ALFA PR and I have a genuine feeling of excitement about the PR work that needs done.

Thanks Avaz for volunteering to help us out where I think we need it most even though you've just been around a few weeks. Hopefully we'll do all the builders and developers of this place some justice.

Good move. Avaz seems to be all action.
