The reason I reacted to this was the perception (my perception at least) that people were being regarded "farmers" -- which is a violation of the ALFA rules ---based primarily on logs. While I know DMs and Admin use logs and queries as a check or even to consider whether to investigate further, I just wanted to point out that logs rarely, if ever, tell the whole story.
