Areas I will concentrate on in the next 6 months:

1. Rewarding party play in game to motivate people to log in together (Party combat XP bonuses are slated to go in in the next ACR release). I'm considering whether we tweak the RPXP system to detect the presence of nearby PCs and convey a bonus.

2. Considering cutting the DM 30-day rule (which bars a retiring DM from playing on their old server for 30 days) back to 2 weeks because the community is smaller and the amount of meta in the DM forums considerably less important than in prior years.

3. Continue to support the addition of content into ALFA by working with our builders & tech team and finding ways to reward members for donating playable content. Options to discuss include bonus XP when rolling a new toon, cash gifts, and cyber with Heero.

4. Fund the purchase of NWN2 for new members.

5. Support the hosting of gaming servers in NWN1 and other games for ALFA members. I'd like to take up that challenge of ALFA being more than just a place to play NWN2.
