DM Code of Conduct:
DMs are to be held to a higher standard, as they are community leaders by virtue of the position of authority that they hold. DMs will strive to be polite to other members on the forums or IRC channel. In-game infractions by those with DM status will not be tolerated whether DMing or playing a PC. Sanction is entirely at the judgement of the DM Admin, who may choose anything from counselling for isolated indiscretions to immediate and permanent removal from DM status for substantive or repeated misbehaviour.
'nuff said.

And you and Rusty and countless others havent broken any codes here? Give me a break. You with your countless nonsense in IRC and Rusty with his attacks on people on the forums and in PMs/IRC. You are a moral authority to even have done this to me. I speak my mind on the forums and I will continue to do so. If thats enough to be banned from Dming then to hell with Dming here. Many folks here have gone way overboard when dealing with people on the forums and in IRC you included.
Im sorry for making this off topic. Rick, if you win the election would you discoutinue my ban? This is pure hatchet job from the word go and has been for over a year or more now. The fact that Spider was the one who instituted it is even more appalling with his behavior

What is your stance on furthering the seperation of powers amongst the administration to protect ALFA from being manipulated by interest groups?
By interest groups, I refer to the multiple styles of roleplay which often come into conflict between certain groups of players who seek to establish and dominate the administration to further their own agenda.
Do you intend to use your position to provide checks and balances against monopolies and abuse?
Do you intend to continue providing support for furthering the requests for additions and fixes to the flaws of nwn 1?

Danubus and others, I'm not guaranteeing anyone's reinstatemnt until I review and see all the facts. However:
"DMs will strive to be polite to other members on the forums or IRC channel. "
This is not realistic and will change under my administration. In no way was ALFA ever designed that by the whim of one individual without any form of trial, investigation, dispute procedure, or any other absolute judgement without a hearing of both parties of a dispute that an individual solely by their own unaccountable judgement should ban a person from a position.
Once the above ambiquous statement is worded such that a check and balance system is in place that is fair and procedual much like the PA dispute system that is open to the DM core I will review every case where a DM was removed to ensure there was no personal bias by the DMA and that the DM received a fair hearing process.
It does not guarantee that certain DM's will be reinstated, it means that I will ensure that DM's that were removed recieved a fair hearing and deserved their removal.
