What level is your character?

Two PCs in three months, both died at level 1. You can't get much exp without DM attention around here.




So now I DM!

No current PC because I'm a DM. I respect other DMs' privelege to play, but personally I don't have time for both (barely have time for one, for that matter).

Been playing my PC for about 18 months and he is level 5.

(Started him early March last year)

3.6 months per level. Yeeehaw.


My PC before that got to level 4 after 10 months
He was a PG, at a rate of 2.5 months per level

Sitting at 5th level with one level lost due to temorary cessation of metabolic processes. Started playing her 6 months ago.

Last PC also made it to level 5. All others died or were abandoned at level 1.

First char started on live date. made it to level 8 before i retired her. think i played her for 10 months or so.
Second one made 10th in hmm dont recall actually.

my current pixel bunny is 4th after 2 months or so

This shows that it's becoming top heavy and DMs have to stop being so protectionist of their 'friends' (ie the long term players on their server who are now over level 10) and start trimming down the tall poppies

Well in my two years here and who knows how many ours playing, here is my pc's.
current pc is level 3.
8th lvl
6 lvl
3 5lvl that died
1 5lvl just shy of 6th that was retired
7 3rd lvl's
1&2nd lvl pc's i have no idea...but the number is closer to 50 i bet..with 18 of them in my first month of alfa.(7 of these was killed during dm events)

Aye i agree with dorn*grins evily* i think its time for the dm's to turn it up a notch on the higher level pc's.
Or we could give the players a retirement bonus (for those 10 and higher) like a special item for dm quest or a house, family contacts with npc's,etc.

Level 13 PC I have had for around 2 years now

took me nearly a year to reach level 7 and the other 6 levels in the next year due to more DM attention ......... it was not uncommon to go a month or two with NO XP then get a big drop of 2000 for compleating a quest then nothing for a few more months.

My PC never left her home server until she was 5th level



went through about 18 with none getting over 4 th level before that......


I played 20- 40 hours a week before becoming a DM now I maybe play 8-10 the rest of my time is either in the toolset or DMing.......and if I didn't get that 8-10 hours would not be a DM at all

Previous PCs got up to 8, 3 and 6.

All that in 3 weeks...my PGing skills are unrivaled.

Just wondering if the person who deleted two of my posts in this thread would say who they are and why they did it, as they were hardly inflammatory or against the forum rules. And since it wasn't twiggy, I'm kind of at a loss here.
