I don't know what happened, but I've got the server restarting now. Hopefully it'll be good to go in a minute or two.

*grumbles*
NWServer froze during startup on my first try.
I'm giving it a second shot now.

Eh... when did you take the VM with nwn2server on it from? That might've been it downloading the hotfix. (which, if killed, would mean that future startups would also fail)
