same here. I did notice that it lost communication with the database briefly.

It does that when it doesn't have a database connection. I'm unsure what was up with that, but the DB is restored and the vault is mounted.
So yeah, BG is up.

As a Christmas present Verizon has me needing to replace the UPS that's on my Verizon FiOS setup.
It shouldn't take long, but it might drop the server's connection to the Internet briefly. I'll try to sort this out when I get home from work tonight.

With lots of luck the server will keep running or at least get back online without any major drama.

Well that was easier than I expected.
BG seems to be up from where I'm sitting and I'm even seeing my Vault.
Please let the DMs and I know if you have trouble accessing the server.
Have a Merry Christmas and remember to go cause some mischief (Read: have fun) on the servers.
