Game Sunday 18 SEP

Post by Gebb »

If you're new or returning to ALFA and looking for something to get your feet wet, anyone's welcome to join in on a game Sunday. It'll be on the Silver Marches server outside High Hold. See below for details.

A local adventurer is seen posting notices in High Hold and Rivermoot:

" Looking for compatriots to join an expedition to the caves northwest of High Hold. Humanoids of there have been harassing trade and attacking locals in the region. Mission of the expedition is to raid the area and slay any leaders identified. Loot to be shared equally in addition to a local reward being offered. All interested report to the Gate of High Hold on the morning of four days from now.

-Aedin of Hornshadow"

(Assuming appropriate for levels 1-4, all welcome 18 SEP around 13:00 EST, PM or reply here if interested)

Sorry about that late notice. It was a great time, but the raid retreated not far past the entrance to the caves. We went in with 3 1-3rd lvl characters, and after a really exciting fight breaking into the caverns found ourselves drained of spells and healing so decided to err on the side of caution and re-attack the place later. Maybe next Sunday same time? Let me know if anyone's interested.

I really like how ALFA has enough quality statics and detailed locations that a group can spend hours in really engaging play even if there's no DM online. Great fun!
