MS Updated to ACR v1.92 (Plus Stuff)

ALFA Core Rules v1.92:
Moonshae Isles has been updated to ACR v1.92. A discussion and changelog can be found here.

Caer Callidyr Update:
- Walkmesh improved.
- Background statics that could only be seen with tricky camera angles in certain locations have been removed entirely. This should help cut down on load times.
- Doors that lead nowhere are made static (non-interactable).
- A new player-run shop/home added.
- Probably other stuff I'm forgetting.

Blackstone Update
- Removed pointless rest triggers from inside the lake (originally there to try to disallow resting? Unfortunately we don't have that feature).
- Fixed area transition between Blackstone's exterior and the foreman's house.
- Fixed walkmesh overworked tile issues near the orange North-East tent and near the gate house.
- Made walkmeshes around the exterior of Blackstone more consistent.
- Fixed a few floating rocks/trees/cups/fruit baskets/tables/water/junk.
- Removed one way to enter the town through solid rock, added a non-main entry through a place that looked actually walkable.
- Exterior (non-pond) water color (accidentally) changed to be more clear than blue, on account of being shallow ice runoff.
- Added a bit more water near the glaciers. Meshed the water more cleanly to the terrain, so that no floating water is visible.
- Tweaked the geography near the northern part of the town (outside the rock walls) so that water didn't look like it could flood the town.
- All doors that do not lead somewhere have been made static. Some, which were embedded inside mountains/buildings and could not be seen, were removed.
- Western shore effects on the Blackstone pond have been made less drastic.
