zomg gank!
I can just picture the little guy screaming "HAX!!!" at Rumple and Cloud's PCs.
Happened IC right here on channel TSM.
Never say NWN2 doesn't have a vertical axis. Kobolds do fly in ALFA.
Formerly: Aglaril Shaelara, Faerun's unlikeliest Bladesinger

It’s not the critic who counts...The credit belongs to the man who actually is in the arena, who strives violently, who errs and comes up short again and again...who if he wins, knows the triumph of high achievement, but who if he fails, fails while daring greatly.-T. Roosevelt

scuse me while I put on my Buzz Killington hat--
We say that NWN2 has no vertical axis in that the Z position of a creature is always calculated to be at walkmesh level regardless of where the creature's model is actually drawn. While animations can cause a creature to be off of the ground (youtube it; videos are plenty), and client hacking can convince an individual machine that a creature is off the ground, it's not a super plausible thing for complete implementations, which is why you only see the sort in very controlled/isolated settings (like sitting on things).
-- and now back to your haxing arrowing.

Obviously this zelknolf person knows nothing about the NWN2 engine; as you can plainly see, kobolds do FLY.
You're just mad that they do so while a certain Favored Soul... can't.

Here are some other angles:
Getting bitchslapped by Kolbolds:
This is what you get with the violence slider turned all the way up.
