if you step onto the parade ground outside Silvy

the one that puts you in sub-dual mode

it gives you a acr_nld_fist each time you step into that spot

Which were showing as unusable by my character if that matters

When you leave SM via boat the wards stay on you.

Some statics:
Rivermoot: Scouting 4 (wands cave) - I think the trigger is broken as can't get it completed.
Hawk's Nest: Fighting 2 - There may be an issue with XP rewards, got no XP for the sky pony one (Tough bastards)

FYI I had a hell of a time last week getting "Scouting 4" to work. A reset later (perhaps 2-3 days ago) though a message popped a few steps into the interior with journal updates etc., so I definitely managed to finish that one. Maybe there's a Search trigger or something, my PC happens to have terrible Search.

Some encounter locations on the world map lead to problems when NPCs are already in the area.

This is true for encounters at the Hawk's Nest and at the Griffon Inn where by the time the screen loads the guards have generally already killed the orcs or what not before the PC gets a chance.

Actually a feature, not a bug. Sometimes flavor encounters taste better to low level PCs than actual encounters. And there's sometimes loot after the NPCs kill off the encounters. I figure that a balance of deadly encounters and cakewalk encounters is a good middle road.
Enjoy the game

While on the subject of random encounters, I have noticed that a few times my PC has logged into the encounter area already within perception range of the mobs. Is that intended? Sometimes there is very little time to react by the time the screen loads.

I was unable to locate the "third corner" trigger to complete the Wendover Ruins Scout Quest. Walked over every walkable surface of the area I believe.

Some of the nastier goblins JLM was producing for us to face have alignment that is not evil. Now while this is possible I suppose, I do not think that is the intent here with these guys.

"A sword wielding goblin"
"Sneaky goblin"
"A bow wielding goblin"

I think that was them

They may have been just Zspawn bags JLM made? In which case need to make new ones with proper alignment.

"Oh, Deer" - Hostile deer frozen in place and do not seem to attack or flee.

All of them seem to give gold but no XP
