Man, JLM, nicely done.
Tough, fun. We lost a young hin sadly... possibly John's fault for rushing ahead to a room full of over zealous casters.

Was challenging. I declare Dharros the man of the hour with some nicely timed spells against that mage bastard and against
Rhone who started cleaving Vila :) (Confusion is a bitch)

Thanks again, we know you're busy.
(Also, we ended at about midnight central, I think we started at 9? maybe some did before me.
Was John, Dharros, Vila, Ro, Toby and the late hin Sera OT's newbie)

When the AI nails it, it nails it. We nearly succumbed to a sweet combo of spell spam and it was intense. Thanks for the setup JLM, had a blast.

Sorry OT! Looking forward to your next PC 8)

I'd like to echo the reponses already voiced here; that was a very well-placed and challenging encounter. The caster at the end was seriously kicking our ass and without everyones efforts that would have been looked like all of us rolling up new PC's.
Thanks for that slice of terror and triumph JLM!
p.s. : I for one will be waiting impatiently for OT's new PC as I really enjoyed the time I got to RP with sadly departed one, she will be missed.

Sorry to disappoint, but I am just rolling a suspiciously similar sibling with a very similar back story (if rather haunted by death now.)

I honestly don't have it in my to pour hours of lore and stuff making a new one and it's not as if anything interesting happened to sera anyway as she was but level 2.

(I worked quite hard on that bio.. never got xp for it though. :( )

Props to JLM for all of his recent static encounter drops and the cool story he has going.

Props also to Wynna for all of the new static quests all over the server. As a TSM "old hand" recently rediscovering the server it is awesome seeing all of the new content and areas that are being added. Really enjoying the content and the new areas to explore. Thanks Wynna =D

*belated*

Thanks JLM for overseeing the reptilian genocide on Saturday.

Great to (finally) have a a DM in the mix. I hope we early-morningers (we'll late night for me) can keep in the story wit a few of these or some placed encounters as things unfold in the savage frontier.

Huge props and thanks to JLM! You have kept us all on our toes lately and it is much appreciated. Kudos for keeping us guessing and for making the western Marches a dynamic place! It has been and continues to be most enjoyable!! :D

Wynna, THank you for honoring previous Occidian commitments to Garlus, even though he has long since passed. It's awesome to see his effects on the world still in play....much appreciated! :)

Sweet action, I don't even remember what those commitments were/are but Occidian has a real special place in my heart. Cheers all involved

A very sincere props to DM-Teller (a.k.a. Ithildur). I've rarely seen in my 12+ years on ALFA1/ALFA2+other-factioned-ALFA-Quake servers back in the day, a DM who's so involved/passionate on not only a quality basis (immersive, adept, thorough, gritty, realistically-generous, etc), but also on a quantity basis as i've seen on TSM this past 2 weeks at least, and what's expected in the future. He updates rumor threads not only daily but sometimes hourly based on even the smallest occurrences, which is absolutely key in an ongoing adventurous place like Rivermoot on TSM since it's so tightly packed and rumors well just would spread quickly through those who are often "around". Thank you Ith. I look forward every Day to login and watch poor ol’Willjo get “floored”, and lucky for him he’s got a few kindly adventurous friends to help pick his bag-o-bones up each time for more frays.
Cheers Ith. Looking forward to much more in the ‘Moot.
