[In-Game Question]
I was wondering, is a drow allowed to enter Silverymoon In-Game?
And if not, can they disguise, use a mask or hood?

Silverymoon's magical protections include a very powerful Antipathy spell that affects non-good drow. You can make a saving throw against it, but its a will save DC 21 or higher I think. So, chances are, NO, a non-good drow is not going to get to enter Silverymoon.
Now a good drow might - and in NWN1 we certainly did ... escorted. Straight to Alustriel. And then escorted out (more or less).
In NWN2's Silverymoon, well, this is for the TSM DMs to address, but, as a player, I would strongly suggest you NOT play any kind of drow until the DMs have put in the infrastructure for it. In NWN1 we saw what happens to good, neutral and evil drow alike who pop up in the middle of a surface server with no drow-friendly starting area and no drow-friendly support. They die. Quickly. And its really immersion-breaking to see a string of low-level drow appear out of no where only to get skewered by the local mob.
It also does a disservice to the drow, whose reputation should be kept in tact, not destroyed, by its players. So, please, don't start a drow on TSM until the DMs are ready for it.
