Re: SwordSaintMusashi DMA Q&A
The difference in rulesets is why it is a matter of discussion and not just a "yes", in my opinion. 3.0 and 3.5 cross over rules in a great many ways. Unfortunately, they also differ in some rather frustrating ones. I would need to sit down and work on an example PC with someone to really ...

Re: SwordSaintMusashi DMA Q&A
That is an interesting question I had not until now considered.
It is a thought warrants discussion, though I do not have a stance on it now other than "interesting idea" (in a positive way).

Re: SwordSaintMusashi DMA Q&A
I should like to see more DM coverage in NWN2, and I am open to discussions with those that have DM'ed in the past, those that currently DM (thank you from the bottom of my heart, Arri) and those that wish to DM on what can be done to facilitate this and make them open to the prospect. At this stage...

Re: SwordSaintMusashi DMA Q&A
Alright! Let's start at the top. 1. I DMed briefly many years ago. My contribution to DMA in my past terms was to help other DMs with rules relating to ALFA and to help push out some outdated rules while updating what we had to remain fresh and compliant. 2. I think at this point in ALFA's life, if ...

Re: Organizing loot distribution
Zova is only interested in the ioun stone for the time being (not having to eat/drink on a monk who hardly eat/drinks appeals to her).
I picked it up for now.
Edit: Just saw the helmet of underwater breathing, as well. Zova is a pretty boss swimmer, so she wouldn't mind that.

Re: Organizing loot distribution
With the unfortunate passing with Aglaril, his acquired equipment has been left to the group, per his Will.
Gonz will post what was collected shortly.
The exception to this list is his Bladesinger sword, which will be given to a person he deemed in his Will.

Re: Organizing loot distribution
I hate 'compensation' rules.
If it can be used, use it. If you have an old thing you think someone else can use, throw it into the chest. Otherwise, enjoy a new item.

Re: Organizing loot distribution
That doesn't change if you want the ring, however.
If you want it and no one else speaks up, can't see a reason to go give it to you.
If you and someone else want it, you two can work out how to distribute it.

Re: Information To Be Shared
The strange child born from an egg was found to be a small shard of the Earthmother's power on the Isles.
She has offered her blessing to all members present at the grove on that night, and made it clear that to continue, we must return to MacSheehan and find some key that was missed.

Re: The same thing we do every (ten)day... plot to SAVE THE ISLES (planning thread)
Right now, the plan is as follows:
1) Take child to druid grove.
a) If chance presents itself on the way, expose the child to a stone briefly to test the prophecy (will likely vote on this part).
2) Visit old ruins of Isis/Ishtar that a stone was found at previously, and fully explore it.

Re: Organizing loot distribution
If people can use the gear/its an upgrade over what they're using now, I'd rather see them use it then have 4000ish gp split amongst 7 people.

It sounds like powerful players have been trying to play hot potato with these stones.
