Hi. Hope you've all been keeping well. Still got my disks, think I've managed to install them and everything.

Patching doesn't work automatically, though, and I can't get the manual patcher to work. Any tips / guides / help? This is the base game install, not yet the ALFA-specific haks + goodness.

Mine was 2005, from Hialmar, commending on my French. Apart from that it's mostly the now-defunct Constitutional Committee, and the Burt calling me all the time.

What fluff said. And I'm pretty sure the Charter specifies how to change it if you'd like to: clue - get consensus among the HDMs.
